The Alba Y448-5010 is a quartz LCD chronograph from Alba, the sub-brand Seiko launched in Japan in 1979 for younger buyers (Wikipedia). Its name is a Seiko-group case marking: the characters before the hyphen give the movement caliber and those after it the case design, so the Y448 module also appears in Alba's -6000 and -6010 cases (Plus9Time). The execution is a polished stainless tonneau on a flat-link steel bracelet, its grey LCD driving a stopwatch with lap and total-time recall. One appears on a civilian's wrist in Dragon Ball Z (1989), drawn with the tonneau case, flat-link bracelet and legible ALBA dial print, establishing availability by 1989.
