The Breitling Colt is the three-hand member of Breitling's Colt family, the accessible tool-watch line the manufacture introduced in the 1980s alongside its more expensive Navitimer and Chronomat collections. It keeps the family's ratcheted unidirectional dive bezel with four rider tabs, screw-down crown, and heavily lumed dial, but without the chronograph subdials and extra pushers that distinguish the separately cataloged Breitling Colt Chronograph. Executions have run in automatic (Colt Automatic, Colt Ocean) and quartz form across steel cases from roughly 36 to 44 mm, with water resistance up to 500 metres on dive-oriented Colt Ocean references such as the A17350.
