The Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec Black, reference 00.10632.28.33.01, is the blacked-out execution of the ScubaTec diver, arriving in 2020 after the limited Black Manta had tested the look. Its distinction from the steel 00.10632.23.33.01 is material rather than colour: the same 44.6 mm case architecture is cut in titanium and then DLC-coated, which drops the weight against steel as well as the reflections. The unidirectional bezel takes an all-black ceramic insert with a luminous pearl, and the embossed black dial and its wedge markers are filled with blue Super-LumiNova. (Carl F. Bucherer) Everything below the coating is standard ScubaTec: an automatic helium escape valve at 8 o'clock, 50 bar of water resistance, and the COSC-certified calibre CFB 1950.1, a 25-jewel automatic on ETA 2824 architecture.
