The Casio PRG-550-1A1 is the analogue answer to the digital Pro Treks either side of it: three hands over a black dial with a small LCD window, where the second hand does the sensor work. Point it and it swings to magnetic north; switch modes and the same hand reads out the latest change in barometric pressure, or the difference between current and stored altitude, while the window carries the numbers. The Triple Sensor set is complete but tuned for a hand-read watch: sixteen compass points with declination correction, an altimeter to 10,000 m, a barometer, and a thermometer. Tough Solar charging, 100 m water resistance, and no radio calibration, so it holds ±15 seconds a month on its own. (Casio; Casio Fan Mag)
