An unidentified classic dress watch worn by Kevin Hart as Teddy Walker in Night School (2018). "Classic" describes a shape rather than a maker: a thin round case in polished white metal, a plain light dial, slim hands, no bezel markings or subdials, a leather strap. It is also the least identifiable class on screen, defined by what it leaves out and so leaving nothing to match against. No dial text, logo, lug or crown detail survives the distance and depth of field; the strap is black leather, worn alongside stacked silicone bands. Teddy is a barbecue-grill salesman sitting a GED class, and a plain dress watch under rubber bracelets is the wrist of a man dressing for a life he has not got yet.
