Denis Villeneuve's continuation of the Atreides story on Arrakis. (Warner Bros.) Adapted by Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts from the second half of Frank Herbert's 1965 novel, the Legendary Pictures production was released by Warner Bros. on 1 March 2024. Timothée Chalamet's Paul Atreides joins the Fremen of the deep desert and is drawn toward a messianic role as he moves against House Harkonnen, with Zendaya as Chani, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Javier Bardem as Stilgar, Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck, Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan and Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV.
