Image is a crop of a two-panel composite published by Watch-ID: their original file paired this same film frame with their own zoomed-in detail inset of the watch (cropped from the identical frame, not a separate product photo) plus a "WATCHID.COM" site watermark. Per sourcing rules, the inset detail panel was discarded rather than kept, and only the single genuine film-frame half was retained.
