Back_in_the_Day_(2016)_-_Breitling_Navitimer_scene.jpg (201 × 451 pixels, file size: 33 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Summary

Description: William DeMeo, as Anthony Rodriguez, in a restaurant/dinner scene from Back in the Day (2016), wearing a steel-cased chronograph with a dark (black/burgundy) dial, three light-colored subdials, and a black leather strap on his left wrist — consistent with the Breitling Navitimer family identification already on this page. Face is in frame (right profile) and the arm/wrist is continuous and unbroken from shoulder to watch within the same shot, so the wearer is unambiguous. Image is a crop of a two-panel composite published by Watch-ID: their original file paired this same film frame with their own zoomed-in detail inset of the watch (cropped from the identical frame, not a separate product photo) plus a "WATCHID.COM" site watermark. Per sourcing rules, the inset detail panel was discarded rather than kept, and only the single genuine film-frame half was retained. A remnant of the semi-transparent watermark ("...COM") is still visible in this crop, but it falls only over the background wall/booth behind him — it does not cross his face or his wrist/watch. Caveats: this source frame is small and soft-focus; the case shape, dark dial, three-subdial chronograph layout, and strap are genuinely discernible, but individual bezel markings (e.g. slide-rule numerals) are not crisply legible at this resolution — visible only as texture/ticks around the bezel edge consistent with, but not confirming, a slide-rule bezel. No independent higher-resolution copy of this scene (movie-screencaps.com, film-grab.com, moviestillsdb.com, or the film's own trailer) could be located; moviestillsdb.com has one publicity still tagged to DeMeo and Shannen Doherty for this title but its image is login-gated for non-contributors and was not accessed. Source URL: https://www.watch-id.com/sites/default/files/upload/sighting/Breitling-Navitimer-William-DeMeo-Back-in-the-Day.jpg Source publisher: Watch-ID (watch-spotting site; sighting page: https://www.watch-id.com/sightings/breitling-navitimer-william-demeo-back-day), reproducing a screencap from the film Back in the Day (2016), © Borghese Films / Cinedigm (distributor) Retrieved: 2026-08-11 License or editorial purpose: Low-resolution film screencap used on a non-commercial fan wiki for identification/commentary purposes (fair use); no free-license claimed. Modifications: Cropped from the original 426x451px Watch-ID composite to remove the left-hand 225px containing their own zoomed detail inset of the watch (a self-referential crop of the same frame, not an unrelated product photo). Kept region: x=225-426, y=0-451, giving a final image of 201x451px at native resolution (no resize, no upscale). No letterbox/pillarbox bars were present to remove.
