Summary

Description: Warner Bros. unit publicity still (press-kit file MEG2-07475r) of Jiuming (Wu Jing) in Meg 2: The Trench, holding a dark rock fragment up to the beam of a hand torch in a warm-lit ship interior. The watch is on his left wrist, at lower right of frame, unobstructed and in focus: a large round diver on a grey structured rubber strap whose orange lining wraps both edges and whose orange stitching runs inset from that lining, the case seen from behind and slightly above so that the knurled bezel edge and part of the caseband read clearly, with two small case-side projections visible that the frame does not resolve well enough to call crown, crown guard, helium valve or pusher. The dial does not face camera, so the still resolves no dial printing, bezel scale, brand mark or reference number; its evidentiary value is the strap and case construction, which match Omega's own product photography and catalogue description of the grade 5 titanium Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M, reference 215.92.44.21.99.001. A red cord bracelet is on the other (right) wrist and no bracelet shares the watch wrist, unlike the trailer frame this file replaces. Retrieved from SciFi Japan's mirror of the Warner Bros. Pictures press kit at https://www.scifijapan.com/news/meg-2-the-trench-production-notes-from-warner-bros-pictures, which carries the studio line "Photo courtesy of Warner Bros. Pictures. © 2023 WARNER BROS. ENT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED." The photographer credit comes from the official caption for the same press-kit file, MEG2-07475r: "Wu Jing as Jiuming in Warner Bros. Pictures' and CMC Pictures' sci-fi action thriller MEG 2, THE TRENCH, a Warner Bros. Pictures release. Photo Credit: Daniel Smith. © 2023 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. All Rights Reserved." Retrieved: 2026-08-17 License or editorial purpose: Editorial identification fair use -- a single publicity still reproduced to document the watch worn on screen; not a substitute for the work. Modifications: None. Delivered as retrieved: 4000x2782 (1.44:1), 11.13 megapixels, within the 12,500,000 px MediaWiki limit, JPEG quality 91, no resize, crop, rotation, colour adjustment, sharpening, upscaling, reconstruction or watermark removal. All four corners were checked for a third-party watermark, channel bug or burned-in caption: none present. The mirror re-saved the studio file in Adobe Photoshop 24.6 on 2023-08-02, which stripped the IPTC caption block; the surviving EXIF records only that re-save, so the photographer credit above is taken from the official caption for the same press-kit file rather than from this binary's metadata. The same 4000x2782 photograph is also served by Rotten Tomatoes through resizing.flixster.com at a lower compression ratio (3.0 MB against 1.7 MB, RMSE 0.022 between the two); this copy was preferred for its traceable press-kit lineage, and the two are visually indistinguishable in the watch region. The frame does not resolve dial printing, the bezel scale, or a reference number, so it supports the family-level "Ome...
