Summary
Description: Official Miramax unit-photography still from View from the Top (2003) showing Rob Lowe in character as co-pilot Steve Bench in the cockpit, in pilot whites with captain's stripes, pointing at the instrument panel and smiling toward camera. His face is clearly identifiable, confirming the wrist shown is his. A wristwatch with a black strap and gold-tone buckle/lugs is worn on his left wrist; a sliver of a light/steel-toned case is visible at the wrist bend where the strap crosses, but the wrist is rotated so the dial face is turned away from camera through the whole pose — the dial and chronograph subdials are NOT visible in this frame, only the strap, buckle, and a partial case edge. This is a real limitation: the image corroborates that Lowe wears a metal-cased, dark-strapped watch in this scene, consistent with the page's sourced Hamilton Lloyd Chrono identification (from Hamilton's own "placement in Hollywood" page, already cited in the existing notes), but does not by itself independently prove the specific model from the case/dial alone. The same photograph (same photographer, same pose) is syndicated across IMDb and multiple stock archives (Alamy) with different crops; this is the widest available crop, which shows the most of the wrist/case among the versions checked. Modifications: the source Alamy preview had a solid black caption strip appended below the photo (rows 426-445 of a 640x446 preview) reading "alamy - A15E6K"; this strip has been cropped off (image reduced from 640x446 to 640x425), leaving the photo content itself unaltered. No other cropping, retouching, or resizing was performed. Modifications: Cropped to remove a bottom third-party caption/watermark strip ("alamy - A15E6K", solid black bar, rows 426-445 of the 640x446 source); resulting dimensions 640x425. No other changes.
