The MTM Vulture is a tactical light-and-watch from MTM, the Los Angeles maker of special-operations timepieces, here in the Black DLC titanium reference VBCDTITMTM. Its 47 mm solid-titanium case is 18 mm thick and finished in black diamond-like carbon, with a carbon dial, Super-LumiNova hands and a sapphire crystal, sealed to 200 m behind a locking screw-down crown and light button. Timekeeping is an MTM-proprietary quartz built on an analogue Swiss Ronda 509 module, while a separate USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery drives a dual LED torch system for illumination and emergency signalling. The pairing of a diver-grade titanium case with a built-in high-output flashlight is what sets the Vulture apart from a conventional watch. (MTM)
