The Panerai Submersible Goldtech is the diving line of Panerai's cushion-cased Luminor family executed in Goldtech, the maker's proprietary gold alloy introduced in 2019. Goldtech blends gold with more copper than standard 18k rose gold and a trace of platinum, giving a warmer tone and greater surface hardness that resists the fading of ordinary rose gold. (Panerai) The Submersible pairs the alloy with a unidirectional dive bezel, a matte black dial with luminous applied markers, a small-seconds register at 9 and date at 3, and the in-house automatic P.9010 caliber rated to 300 m; individual references differ in case size and bezel material: the 42 mm PAM01164 uses black ceramic, while the 44 mm Goldtech OroCarbo PAM01070 uses a Carbotech carbon-composite bezel.
