The Resco R-TAC GMT is a quartz GMT from Resco Instruments, the American company founded by retired Navy SEAL Rob Smith and run by veterans, with watches assembled and tested in the United States. The 44 mm case is 316L stainless steel finished in green PVD, 13 mm thick, with hex-bolted lug bars and dual screw-down crowns, one of which drives an internal rotating bezel. A Ronda Swiss quartz movement adds a 24-hour GMT hand for a second time zone. A matte black dial with C3 Super-LumiNova sits under a sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating, and the watch is water resistant to 200 metres. (Resco Instruments)
