Timex Perpetual Calendar T2D611
The Timex Perpetual Calendar T2D611 puts horology's aristocratic calendar complication in a drugstore-priced quartz watch: its module tracks month lengths and leap years without correction until 2100, a function that on a Swiss mechanical watch is a five-figure grand complication. The 40mm brushed stainless case is a squared tonneau over a slightly hexagonal black dial with applied markers, a white day-date window at 3 o'clock, an orange seconds hand, Indiglo backlight, and 100m water resistance on a black leather strap. Discontinued around 2007 and scarce secondhand, it is best known as Michael Scott's early-seasons watch in The Office (2005). (BAMF Style)
