Victorinox Swiss Army Renegade reference 24242 carries a strap-mounted compass. A Swiss analog quartz movement runs a black dial with bold markings, luminous hands, numerals and hour markers, and a sweep seconds hand tipped with a luminous ball; a date sits alongside. The case is synthetic rather than steel, capped with a hardened mineral crystal and individually tested to 5 ATM, or 50 metres. The perforated waterproof Arnitel strap closes on a buckle carrying the Swiss Army insignia. At 125 dollars it was among the most affordable watches the brand sold.
