The A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Moonphase is the moonphase development of the manufacture's signature Lange 1, added to the collection in 2002. It keeps the Lange 1's asymmetric dial architecture, an off-center hour-and-minute subdial balanced against a big date built from two discs and a power-reserve display, and adds a solid-gold moon disc set into the subsidiary-seconds register. The hand-wound Calibre L901.5 is finished to Lange's in-house standard, three-quarter plate and hand-engraved balance cock included, in a 38.5 mm case offered across white gold, yellow gold, rose gold and platinum.
