The Bulova American Clipper reference 96B312 is the slim quartz dress three-hander Bulova added to its men's line in January 2019. A 40 mm silver-tone stainless steel case with 22 mm lugs and a flat mineral crystal fronts a silver-white dial marked in Roman numerals with a date window, and the 9U13 quartz movement drives hours, minutes, seconds and calendar with 30 m of water resistance. The black leather strap closes on a three-piece dress buckle. Bulova pitched it as an updated classic and counted the slim movement among its selling points, listing it at $295, inexpensive enough to read as an everyday office watch rather than an occasion piece.
