The Domino Effect (2022)

The Domino Effect

Ali Siddiq tell the true stories of his adolescent years growing up in Houston, Texas which led to his eventual incarceration. (IMDb) The hour-long storytelling set was filmed before a sold-out hometown audience in Houston and released free on YouTube in May 2022, four years after the comedian's Comedy Central debut special. Siddiq traces his 1980s adolescence from his father's hustling and a coveted tracksuit to the six-year prison sentence that followed. (The Source)

Watches

Bulova American Clipper

Worn by Ali Siddiq as Himself. Siddiq's watch is visible as he folds his arms while performing the special. A pale round dial contrasts with the dark strap and sweatshirt. The official self-released recording provides direct evidence of wear during the performance; the wide view does not resolve the Bulova name or a particular American Clipper reference. (scene frame)
