Summary
Description: Charles Leclerc, in Ferrari team polo, checks his phone during a behind-the-scenes interview setup for Formula 1: Drive to Survive (studio softbox lighting rig visible at frame left), the same candid-interview style the series uses for its driver talking-head segments. His left wrist, holding the phone, wears a large round black-ceramic watch with a black bezel (bezel screws visible) and a glimpse of a skeletonized dial with metallic gear elements showing through -- matching the Hublot Big Bang MECA-10 Black Magic ref. 414.CI.1123.RX cited for this appearance. Source URL: https://timeandtidewatches.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/LECLERC-HUBLOT.png Source publisher: Formula 1/Netflix (Drive to Survive behind-the-scenes photo), via Time+Tide Watches, which used this frame to illustrate its watch-spotting coverage of the series Retrieved: 2026-07-27 License or editorial purpose: Copyrighted TV production still used for identification and commentary on the watch worn in the scene (editorial fair use). Modifications: Converted from the site's original .png upload (2964x1810) to .jpg (quality 95) to match the catalog's file extension. Cropped a 14px pure-black encoded letterbox bar off the bottom edge (rows 1796-1809 measured exactly RGB 0,0,0 with zero variance, versus real -- if very dark -- studio-backdrop content immediately above), leaving 2964x1796. I verified pixel values at the top, left, and right edges too (an automated checker flagged those as possible bars); all three read as genuine dark scene content (low but nonzero mean and variance, no hard 0,0,0 edge), so they were left uncropped. Note for the coordinator: I looked for on-screen indicators (captions, network bugs, episode timestamps) to confirm this is a direct frame from a specific episode versus a production/promotional still; the visible studio lighting rig and candid framing are consistent with an actual Drive to Survive interview set rather than a posed press photo, but I could not pin this to a specific episode number. Zoomed all four corners and brightness-boosted the full frame; no third-party watermark present anywhere in the pixels.
