The Hamilton Hastings is a vintage American Art Deco wristwatch, introduced in 1928 and produced through 1933. Its rectangular case was offered in solid or filled yellow and white gold, with dial treatments ranging from luminous numerals to black enamel and applied-gold executions. Surviving examples use several related manual-wind Hamilton movements, including the 979 and members of the 987 family, rather than one universal calibre. (Wolfe Vintage Watches; Hamilton)
