The INDEPENDENT Black Lagoon Balalaika Model is a 2024 collaboration between Citizen's INDEPENDENT brand and Black Lagoon, sold through ARMA BIANCA at ¥52,800 (tax included), companion to the same collaboration's Revy Model. Orders closed on July 10, 2024, with delivery scheduled from February 2025. Its red dial and black case carry the Hotel Moscow logo on the 3 o'clock subdial and the Cyrillic text "Гостиница Москва" (Hotel Moscow) at 6 o'clock, with the Vysotniki emblem set prominently at center; the caseback engraves Balalaika's line "行こうか同志諸君、撃鉄を起こせ！" ("Shall we go, comrades? Cock your hammers!"). The steel case measures 41.6 mm and runs on Citizen's solar-powered B620 chronograph movement.
