Kuromi is a Sanrio character created in 2005, introduced as a self-styled rival to My Melody in the anime Onegai My Melody. Drawn as a white rabbit-eared devil in a black jester hood with a pink skull emblem, she has since grown into one of Sanrio's most popular characters in her own right, particularly among goth and streetwear fans. (Wikipedia) Seiko's 20th-anniversary collaboration watch, sold through its PREMICO character-watch imprint, credits the release to Kuromi's own anniversary rather than to Onegai My Melody or any other single work.
