The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Co-Axial 2220.80.00 is the 41 mm blue-dial steel Diver 300M made from 2006 to 2013, and the watch that reset James Bond's Omega for the Daniel Craig era: the wave-pattern blue dial, the skeleton hands, and the helium escape valve of the 1990s Seamaster carried into a slightly larger case. Its distinction is the movement — the calibre 2500, among Omega's first sports watches to run a Co-Axial escapement, a low-friction design licensed from George Daniels that lengthens service intervals — under a 300-metre rating and a unidirectional diver's bezel. It is the reference Omega itself markets as the Casino Royale Seamaster, and the one Craig wears with the dinner jacket in the 2006 film. (Omega)
