The Omega Seamaster Professional 300M 2541.80.00 is the full-size quartz execution of the wave-dial Diver 300M that Omega launched in 1993: a 41 mm steel case, blue aluminium bezel, skeleton hands, helium-escape valve at 10 o'clock, and the precision quartz calibre 1538. It became the first Omega ever worn by James Bond when costume designer Lindy Hemming put it on Pierce Brosnan in GoldenEye (1995), reasoning that a Royal Navy commander would wear a dive watch; the screen prop gained a bezel-activated laser and a remote detonator.
