The Seiko Black Jack 50th Anniversary Watch is a quartz chronograph Imperial Enterprise released April 21, 2023 through PREMICO to mark the 50th anniversary of Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack manga, priced at 59,800 yen (65,780 yen tax-included) and limited to 1,973 pieces. Its 46 by 38 by 11 mm stainless steel case holds a black-and-silver checkerboard dial split diagonally by a suture-scar line, with Black Jack's blue bow tie and a silver scalpel above the "BLACKJACK" wordmark; a blue-ringed 60-minute counter carries a tiny bow-tie-tipped hand, and a small seconds subdial hides Pinoko's silhouette. Lume-filled hands and markers glow in the dark. Caseback numbered 0001-1973 of the run. Licensed merchandise, not shown in the manga. (PREMICO; atpress)
