Charlotte Rampling (born February 5, 1946) is an English actress whose six-decade career runs from 1960s British films through European arthouse cinema, including The Night Porter (1974) and Liliana Cavani's later work with her. Her performance in 45 Years (2015) won the Berlin International Film Festival's Silver Bear for Best Actress and brought an Academy Award nomination, and she has since appeared in the Dune franchise and the television series Dexter.
