Chen Daoming (born 26 April 1955 in Tianjin) is a veteran Chinese film and television actor, a 1982 graduate of the Central Academy of Drama, who won the Golden Rooster and Huabiao awards for My 1919 (1999) and played the King of Qin in Zhang Yimou's Hero (2002). He appeared as mainland gang leader Shen Cheng opposite Andy Lau and Tony Leung Chiu-wai in Infernal Affairs III. (Wikipedia)
