Edward Burns is an American actor and filmmaker who rose to fame writing, directing, and starring in the low-budget independent hit The Brothers McMullen (1995). He went on to appear in Saving Private Ryan, The Holiday, and 27 Dresses, directed films such as She's the One and Sidewalks of New York, and played Bugsy Siegel in TNT's Mob City. (Wikipedia)
