Felix Solis (born 1971) is an American actor from New York City, of Puerto Rican parentage, whose long run of New York-shot procedurals led to cartel boss Omar Navarro in Netflix's Ozark. He plays FBI supervisory special agent Matthew Garza in The Rookie universe, introduced on the parent series and leading the spin-off The Rookie: Feds. (Wikipedia)
