Harry Goaz (born 1960) is an American actor trained at the University of Texas at Austin and under William Traylor in Los Angeles. David Lynch cast him as bumbling Deputy Andy Brennan in Twin Peaks, a role he originated across the 1990–91 run and reprised for the 2017 revival, The Return.
