Ikkei Watanabe is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator, born 27 October 1962 in Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture, who broke through as Dr. Ryuta Ando in the NHK morning drama Hirari (1992) and became a familiar supporting presence across long-running series including Galileo and Kyoto Chiken no Onna. In the NHK premium drama Taiketsu (2026), he plays Saburo Hachisuka, the medical university's vice-chairman of the board. (Wikipedia)
