Kaiser Chuang (born 22 March 1981 in Changhua County, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese actor and a graduate of Taipei National University of the Arts' drama department. He won a Golden Bell Award for The Road Home (2015) and Best Supporting Actor at the Taipei Film Festival for Maverick (2015). He plays city councillor Yang Chi-Hsiao in HBO Asia's Trinity of Shadows. (Wikipedia)
