Katsuya Kobayashi (born December 10, 1981, in Yamaguchi Prefecture) is a Japanese actor and cousin of actors Ryuhei Matsuda and Shota Matsuda. Active on television and stage since the mid-2000s, he also co-hosted the variety program Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide until stepping down in 2021 for health treatment. He plays management consultant Koji Okita in Nozaki Shuhei President of Bank.
