Kei Yamamoto (山本圭, 1 July 1940 – 31 March 2022) was a Japanese actor born in Osaka, active on screen from 1962 to 2017. He trained at the Haiyuza acting school and rose to fame playing Saburo Sato in the 1966 TV drama Wakamono-tachi, reprising the role in its film-trilogy adaptation and winning the Mainichi Film Award for best supporting actor for it; later film credits include The Bullet Train (1975) and Onimasa (1982).
