Keiko Toda (born September 12, 1957, in Nagoya) is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer, active since childhood before relocating to Tokyo in 1973. She has voiced the title character in the long-running anime Soreike! Anpanman since 1988 and won the Japan Academy Film Prize for best supporting actress for Welcome Back, Mr. McDonald (1997). She plays Sachiko Yatani, mother of lead character Kinu, in the 2021 romance We Made a Beautiful Bouquet. (Wikipedia)
