Kiyohiko Shibukawa is a Japanese actor and former fashion model, born 2 July 1974 in Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture, formerly credited as KEE. He won Best Actor at the 37th Yokohama Film Festival and is known for Fish Story (2009) and the lead role in The Taxi Restaurant (2022). In 2025 he played Iwakura in the film Night Flower.
