Kohei Matsushita is a Japanese actor and singer-songwriter from Hachioji, Tokyo, who moved from a recording career into stage and screen work in 2010. He drew wide attention as Yatarō Todai opposite Erika Toda in the NHK asadora Scarlet (2019), later took his first taiga-drama role in Hikaru Kimi e (2024), and appeared at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival for the Kazuo Ishiguro adaptation A Pale View of Hills.
