LP is the stage name of Laura Pergolizzi (born 18 March 1981), an American singer and songwriter from Huntington Station, Long Island, with seven albums since the 2001 debut Heart-Shaped Scar and songwriting credits for Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and Céline Dion.
