Louis Koo Tin-lok (born 21 October 1970) is a Hong Kong actor and film producer who broke through on television with The Condor Heroes 95 (1995) and Detective Investigation Files IV (1999) before shifting to a prolific film career, frequently collaborating with director Johnnie To on Throw Down (2004), Election 2 (2006), and Drug War (2012). He won the Hong Kong Film Award and Asian Film Award for Best Actor for Paradox (2017), and plays narcotics officer So Kin-chow in Benny Chan's The White Storm. (Wikipedia)
