Masane Tsugayama (born February 6, 1944, in Naha, Okinawa) is a Japanese actor and voice actor with the Seinenza theater company, active since 1964. He is best known in Japan as the standard Japanese dubbing voice of Kevin Costner, having voiced him in Field of Dreams and Dances with Wolves. He appears in a supporting role in Nozaki Shuhei President of Bank.
