Masatoshi Nakamura is a Japanese actor and singer, born 1 February 1951 in Miyagi Prefecture, who debuted in 1974 as the lead of the drama Warera Seishun! and simultaneously launched a recording career with the drama's theme "Fureai," a million-selling single. In House of the Owl, he plays Sozo Takeuchi, a party secretary-general angling to become prime minister. (North Production)
