Matthias Schweighöfer is a German actor and filmmaker active in both German and American productions. He played Lieutenant Franz Herber in Valkyrie (2008) and the safecracker Ludwig Dieter in Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead (2021), reprising the character in the prequel Army of Thieves, which he also directed. In 2023 he portrayed physicist Werner Heisenberg in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer. (Wikipedia)
