Michel Subor (born Mischa Subotzki; 1935 to 2022) was a French actor who starred as Bruno Forestier in Jean-Luc Godard's Le petit soldat (1960, banned by the French government until 1963), and reprised the character decades later in Claire Denis's Beau Travail (1999), going on to make several more films with Denis, including The Intruder (2004).
