Nobuteru Noma (born October 11, 1973, in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese character actor affiliated with Duck Soup, often described in Japan as "a face you've seen but can't name" for his prolific supporting work across television and film, including the drama CRISIS and the film The Man Called Pirate (2016). He plays Financial Services Agency inspector Yujiro Kobai in Nozaki Shuhei President of Bank.
