Shihō Harumi (春海四方, born Haruhiko Masuda, March 22, 1959, in Tokyo) is a Japanese character actor. A former member of the theater troupe Gekidan Issei Fūbi, he has built a long supporting-role career across NHK asadora serials including Gegege no Nyobo (2010), Hanbun, Aoi. (2018), Natsuzora (2019), and Kaze, Kaoru (2026), as well as the film Sekigahara (2017) and the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Geats (2022-2023). In 2026 he plays Hirotoshi Buratsuta, the Japan Football Union chairman, in the live-action film Blue Lock. (Japanese Wikipedia)
