Yu Aoi is a Japanese actress born August 17, 1985, in Kasuga, Fukuoka. She debuted on screen in Shunji Iwai's All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001) and went on to win the Japan Academy Prize and Kinema Junpo Award for Best Supporting Actress for Hula Girls (2006). In TBS's Until the T-Shirt Dries, her first continuous terrestrial drama lead in 18 years, she plays wedding-magazine editor Sakiko Seo. (Wikipedia)
