Yusuke Iseya is a Japanese actor, film director, and artist, born 29 May 1976 in Tokyo, who studied fine arts at Tokyo University of the Arts before debuting as an actor in 1998. He is known for playing villain Makoto Shishio in the Rurouni Kenshin film trilogy. In Gedou no Uta Season 2, he plays Kunimatsu. (Japanese Wikipedia)
