Bones' anime adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi's manga, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from 2014 to 2024, is set in a world where roughly 80% of the population has a superpower called a "Quirk." It follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without one, after the world's greatest hero, All Might, grants him his own power, One For All, and he enrolls at U.A.
