Studio Orange's 3DCG-animated reimagining of Yasuhiro Nightow's Trigun manga, airing in Japan from January 7 to March 25, 2023. Vash the Stampede, a notorious outlaw despite his professed pacifism, wanders the desert planet of Noman's Land pursued by insurance investigators Meryl Stryfe and Roberto De Niro and joined by the traveling gunman-priest Nicholas D. Wolfwood, while his engineered twin "brother" Millions Knives works to exterminate humanity from the shadows. Rather than adapting the manga's original 1998 anime continuity, Stampede restructures the same source material around Vash's origin and his relationship with Knives and their adoptive mother Rem.
