Watches

Franck Muller watch
At the Bartholomews' Christmas gathering Robert tears open a small oblong box from his parents, finds a leather watch roll inside, exclaims that it is the Franck Muller he wanted and slides the six-figure watch onto his wrist, while Lily, whose own news he has upstaged, watches from across the room. The maker is named; the model is not.

Source text: "It's the Franck Muller I wanted!" he exclaimed, getting up to air-kiss his mother yet again. "How did you know this was the one I wanted?" he asked, sliding the six-figure watch onto his wrist.
