Bueche Girod is a Swiss house dating its work to 1946, remembered for gem-set and textured gold cases rather than movements of its own. Herringbone and woven finishes worked directly into the case and bracelet gave its 1970s pieces a jeweller's silhouette, closer to a bracelet with a dial than to a conventional watch. (Bueche-Girod)
